Autonomous Region Chairman Liu Hui and Her Team Investigated the Hanas LNG Plant
On March 24, Autonomous Region Chairman Liu Hu; Vice Chairman Ma Li; Autonomous Region Development and Reform Commission Zhang Bawu; director of the Commission Shen Zhuoquan; Department of Finance Zhang Suan; director of Yinchuan City Development Zone Bai Shangcheng; Director Wang Jiu Bin; Ningxia general manager of power companies Zhao Liang etc. went to the Hanas LNG plant to investigate the development of the group and to coordinate the problems that existed in the development. Michelle Mark, CEO of Hanas Group LNG Division; Christopher Mare, Senior Vice President of Upstream Operations; Gary Robertson, Senior Vice President of Midstream Operations, and Vice President Wang Yong, Ren Fenglan, Wang Shaobo and Zhang Yi etc. accompanied.
President Liu Hui and her entourage visited the liquid loading area, production operation area and central control room of the LNG plant in detail. They learned more about the process and production of the factory and listened to the report on the development of the group and the “13th Five-Year Plan”.
In the next five years, Hanas will invest 30 billion yuan to build a 5 million-ton liquefied natural gas integrated base to form a large-scale clean energy base serving LNG carriers and civil gas at a distance of 1,000 kilometers and promote the implementation of the alternative transportation fuel program to effectively promote energy saving and emission reduction; and to build 2 million kilowatts of new energy base, to form 1.5 million kilowatts of wind power, photo-voltaic power generation 500,000 kilowatts; to build 10 million tons of LNG full value industrial chain and receiving stations in Fujian, Zhuhai, Jiangsu Jiangyin, Shandong Rizhao LNG with the annual receiving capacity of more than 10 million tons in the country and to build 1,000 refueling stations and 100 green energy promotion center.
Vice President Wang Yong expressed his warm welcome to Chairman Liu Hui on behalf of the Group and all employees and thanked the municipalities, Yinchuan City and various departments and units for their help and support to Hanas. Hanas is confident and able to achieve the goal of the “13th Five-Year Plan” and strive to become a 100 billion-yuan enterprise in the autonomous region by 2020.
President Liu Hui fully affirmed the development direction of Hanas Clean Energy and emphasized that under the circumstance of continued downward pressure on the economy, Hanas can still stick to its goal, unite its efforts and strive to make breakthroughs and developments. It is incumbent upon the Government to give strong support. Chairman Liu Hui highly praised Hanas ‘international management mode. She pointed out that it is worth learning from Hanas’ ability to absorb the world’s top professionals and create a high-quality management team. Enterprises should bear in mind the “eight characters” of innovation, management, quality and market, particularly, attention should be paid to management. Management can promote business innovation and make the enterprise full of vitality. Regarding the relevant issues in the development of Hanas during the “13th Five-Year Plan”, Chairman Liu Hui urged the relevant departments of the autonomous region to actively coordinate and help solve and promote the fulfillment of Hanas’ strategies and objectives on schedule and the better and faster development of the Group.
