On the afternoon of November 4, Sinopec North China Oil and Gas Company and Hanas Group held a signing ceremony in Ordos, Inner Mongolia. On behalf of both parties, Chen Luyuan, Vice General Manager of Sinopec North China Oil and Gas Company and Ren Fenglan, vice president of Hanas Group, signed the agreement for “Gas Intentions “ for the win-win cooperation between the two sides to open up a new chapter.  Zhou Liqing, general manager of North China Oil and Gas Branch Company; Li Tianrong, secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission; Xu Changning, president of Hanas Group; Wang Kui, chairman of New Energy Group, and Wang Shaobo, vice president of the Group, witnessed the signing ceremony.

The cooperation opened Hanas into the upper reaches of natural gas. It is the an important part of the layout of realization of Hanas natural gas industry chain . In his speech, Xu Changning, president of the Group, expressed his heartfelt thanks to Sinopec for its efforts to promote this cooperation. He said that Hanas cherished such an opportunity very much and this will benefit Ningxia people. In order to promote the industrial development in Ningxia and promote the development of Hanas strategy to make a significant contribution.  Hanas will do its utmost to uphold the principle of high standards and high quality all along and make every effort to complete the project so that the project will be built as a model of cooperation between both parties and will help boost the economic development of Meng Ning. It is hoped that through this cooperation, both parties will be promoted to carry out a deeper and broader planning and layout in the natural gas industry so as to truly achieve win-win cooperation.

Zhou Liqing, general manager of Sinopec North China Petroleum Bureau and North China Oil and Gas Branch, pointed out in his speech that the signing ceremony marked a substantive and crucial step towards the natural gas cooperation between Sinopec North China Oil and Gas Group and Hanas Group. It is of great significance to exert the resources and market advantages of both parties, enhance their core competitiveness and promote quality and efficiency.  As the backbone energy company in the upstream segment of Sinopec, Huabei Oil and Gas Company has been committed to safeguarding national energy security for many years and conscientiously implemented the political responsibility, economic responsibility and social responsibility of state-owned enterprises. Hanas Group also plans to deploy in accordance with the established, and forward to domestic and international first-class enterprise group. We are willing to work with the Hanas Group to give full play to each other’s advantages and build a long-term strategic partnership to jointly create a new model of joint development of enterprises that meets the development goals, development visions and development needs of both sides.  I believe this signing of the cooperation agreement will surely open a new voyage of deep integration, mutual benefit and mutual trust and win-win cooperation.
